Finance Minister Dr Ram Saran Mahat Thursday presented the interim government’s budget estimate of 168.99 billion rupees for the Fiscal Year 2007/08. Presenting the budget estimate in the legislature parliament, Dr Mahat said free and fair election to constituent assembly election, peace and security, poverty alleviation and infrastructure development would be given top priority in the new Fiscal Year.

Without pleasing the communists the country will not move and without the aid of the western countries the country will starve. The only looser in this case is the King. It is a disgrace for him. Nothing so humiliating has happened to the king than this. It appears that Congress Girija has lost faith on the ceremonial monarchy and the eight parties have concluded to end the Monarchy.

I have never written that I am supporting maoists. some one who rejests dictatorship of Gyanendra, does not mean automatically he/she is supporter of maoists. This is your definition. but as per my definition, who supports Gyanendra and co are either brainless or have personal interest i.e. suck people's blood via a dictator gyanendra. I have asked almost all supporters of Gyanendra, why elected president Gyanendra is not acceptable, answer is only one, he can not be elected, because people do not vote him, i.e. he likes to rule the nation without people's mandate. this was possible in Iraq, some countries in gulf. I will certainly vote for Gyanendra if he candidates for the post of President.

This is ill mentality to be ruler, because he/she is born as a ruler's son/daughter. At the same way I rejects the Idea that prachanda become president without being elected because Spams like it.Although GPK is corrupt, did many wrong things but he is an elected leader (do not argue again, he was, Gyanendra was never elected).
