Crime rate   : up - too much
Strike and daily close : uncountable ...
Fearful and threatening environment : Everywhere around Nepal ..three times than it was couple of years ago .
Education sector :    2 month dashain vacation holiday (including summer vacation)
                                52 saturday in a year ..
                                20 days of Holiday of some special occasion and festivals
                                Atleast100 days of strike and close ...
                                5 days student felt sick and 5 days teacher felt sick
                               5 days Teacher came late and couldn't take a class ...
                              and the day campus opened students went on strike and andolan
                            Now imagine How many days did students go to school and colleges last year HuhHuh
                            365-52-60-100-15=142 days /yr
                          What a great statistics ....is this development in Education sector Huh[/color]
