A former inmate of Nepal Army’s Bhairabnath Battalion, Kathmandu, filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court on Tuesday accusing former army chief Pyar Jung Thapa and four other army officers of crimes against humanity.

Now, would someone kindly file a case in the Supreme Court against this Maiost KC for his direct involvement (by providing intelligence, shadowing, etc.) in the murder of former IGP Mohan Shrestha, IGP Shestha's wife, their body guard and the murder of General Kiran Basnet and attempted murder of the current DPR, General Chhetri?

When found guilty, all sides should be incarcerated.

Yes Baje, it is progress. I think it would be appropriate to add Paras too who had murdered and raped so many innocent Nepalese brothers and sisters. Yes, the RNA is responsible for war crimes against people of Nepal and the chief is responsible for the Army so he should be held accountable. But this will never happen unless there is a true revolution in Nepal. Like George Bush is Commander in Chief of the US Army and the US Army is responsible for killing many children and civilians in Iraq and Afghanistan and Pakistan and many other countries but there will be no trial for such criminals. The best that can be hoped is that cruel justice awaits them in the next life.

It is ridiculous to say those who do not like Maoists are royalists. My friend in 2005, one of my relatives in Dang was brutally killed by Maoists. First his both hands were severed and then shot him dead. He was killed for his inability to pay the Maoist so-called donation in time. What is this? Isn't this an example of crime against humanity? Don't you think, the Maoist leaders, PRACHANDE and BABURAME should be held responsible for this vicious crime? They should be prosecuted and not be allowed to be the leaders of this nation, because they are criminals.
