CJ Poudel claims he never breached profession ethics

Breaking his long silence, embattled Chief Justice (CJ) Dilip Kumar Poudel claimed today that he “hasn’t violated any professional ethics”. Talking to the media at the Tribhuvan International Aiport (TIA) before boarding a flight to China at the invitation of his Chinese counterpart Sunday, CJ Poudel completely denied that he privately met the defendants of corruption cases at his official residence.

I am to say about this controversy is 50/50.

This is a long trend in Nepali politics that whatever you like, you do, and whatever you feel jus say.

CIAA is the main indipendent body that looks into this case.  CIAA itself is not that fair in the implenting it power and duty, it is learnt from the different cases filed and taken actions.

If there is reality, the proof must be produced before the court, the proof be collected by the same agents of same body.  It is that simple, if no one can produce any type of proof against the case, say cannot be filed  or will not be able to take any action against the alleged person or body.  Most of the cases, proof cannot be produced.

That is why I am telling it 50/50.  CIAA agents must be very honest, active and accurate in their respective asigned jobs.  They must be free from nepotism, corruption and any political affiliations.

I am a Swiss national and I practice Buddhism. I had been to Lumbini,
Nepal, a birth place of Siddharta Gautama and other places like
Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lukla, Gorkha and several Himalayan regions for
uncountable times. I love Nepal the way Nepalese do. I have so much
affection towards Nepal, may be because my professor and mentor late
Tony Hagen, renowned economist and a very popular to Nepalese people,
used to love Nepal more than his own country Switzerland. He never
tired of talking about Nepal.
Though I am a native of Zurich, German speaking city of Switzerland, I
am currently residing in Rue de Rhone (Rhone lane or avenue) of
Geneva, French speaking part of Swiss confederation. I am staying in
this part since three years because of my employment contract with the
Swiss Bank called, "Credit Suisse". Switzerland's all major banks are
located within a periphery of walking distance. It is therefore, most
of the employees of different banks come to a very popular eatery,
"café de Geneve" to have their breakfast and also lunch. During
breakfast and lunch, we always try to outsmart our colleagues and
friends of different banks by initiating a very hot or new item of
talks. Swiss tradition is that whoever has a new or very hot topic is
considered to be a smarter than others. But the topic should be
genuine and authentic. Anyone can lose his or her image for the whole
lifetime if he or she makes unreliable story. So, the Swiss people
have a habit of speaking based on authenticity.
Very recently, we all are outsmarted by the friends of other bank.
Particularly, I was shocked because the topic of other bank employee
was related to Nepal, my dream country and by faith my mother country
because Buddhism was born in Nepal.
The very hot item of talk was so shocking if people of Nepal listen to
that they will have a million watts electric shock. The rebellion
leaders of Maoists Party including ministers of present Nepal
Government, namely, Prachanda (Pushpa K. Dahal), Dr. Baburam
Bhattarai, Krishna Mahara, Hishila Yami and others were here to
transfer the huge amount of money from Indian Banks to major Swiss
Banks. The amount of that money is even more shocking because it is in
hundreds of millions Euros. If people of Nepal ask the Swiss
Government, it can influence the Swiss Banks for the disclosure of
that amounts and the account holders.
On my part, as a person having deep affection towards Nepal, I will do
the best to find things in details but Nepali people should understand
my limitations as an ordinary Assistant Manager of "Credit Suisse".
Nepali people must ask the Swiss Government for freezing the money as
sooner as possible otherwise the Swiss politicians could be bribed by
the Banks to keep Bank's secrecy.
It is also heard some of the European Union (EU) members are helping
rebellion Maoists to ease on transferring money to Swiss Banks. Why
the capitalist western countries are helping extremist radicals
Maoists is beyond my understanding which could be a good subject of
research for the people of Nepal.
