It was truly diplomatic on the part of Prachanda to relay his Party's stance on all ongoing developments in nepal. While gaining the attention of the foreign community, he must equally focus on other vital Public affairs and not the TAGS only. The international meeting is a chance where, he can cite some vital aspects rergarding the public too, eg: public's helath, education etc.It has been noticeable since their upcoming to the mainstream politics that, not a single statement from them has addressed the Public Health's agony and pain. He must utilize the international diplomatic meeting as a platform for making clear his thoughts on other vital aspects too (like Bhutaneese refugee Problem), for showing the public his broader understanding of all relevant public affairs. This is really a positive step toward notifying all neo-communistic theory, which is based on the ground of realism where all have equal chances of utilizing the state's resources for lasting peace and happiness in the society, nation and hence the civilization. All the parties must not forget the common grounds needing attention like Public health and Public education. International help must be utilized in a tactful way so as to achieve the most desired human development position. We hope that upcoming international meeting will also consider some highlights on Public's Health. At, last we hope that political leaders of all the parties will show enough maturity regarding its public, instead of individualistic approach or personal gain.

Well, for me this is not a diplomatic effort. This is simply surrendering to the so called imperialist and expansionist US. The is a path to become a “ Loktantric Communist”  like after the 2046 B.S communist of Nepal yield to western pressure and followed the so called Madan Bhandari Doctrine to become “Prajatantric Communist”. So this is, after 40000 murder and massive destruction of national properties, Maoist supreme realized that he cannot do anything with out blessing from US or India. It took so long and so murderous path for him to realize this simple fact. This is what we have as a visionary leader for 21st century. I wonder why Maoist is bothering about US policy and all, if they think and believe that people of Nepal are with them in their mission. If Nepali Maoist have no hunger for the power why they need to serve Indian and American interests and why yield to them? Why he is so bothered being declared Terrorist while his people call him God/ Messiah?   

This is an indication that Maoist are loosing the strength in political front. This is an indication of realization that outrageous slogans and unrealistic remarks will no longer help them to win over the majority votes. This is an indication that Maoist of Nepal are slowly disintegrating into pieces and finally at the verge of collapse. You are wrong again. Carter has come here to evaluate the situation in Nepal and will be reported to US president. That is how they work. That is the American way. American diplomacy is very complex. Seems straightforward and open but in reality very secretive and discreet when dealing with countries or political parties that they differ with. They will always keep in touch with them directly, indirectly or discreetly.

 "It is better to have communication at some level with everyone who participates legally within the political framework of Nepal. Obviously, Maoists have complied with the UN requirements, disarmed to some degree, they have adopted the principles of multiparty democracy and publicly declared they will support the free enterprises," said Carter.  This proves that certain section of Americans favour dialogue.

President Carter not meeting your God King is already an indication that king is no more a part of their interest for political solution. From this it is clear that the king has little or no place in the political solution in Nepal. Congress, UML, Maoists and other smaller parties including some human rights organizations are the once who will play a big role.

As for James Moriarty he has failed. He brought confrontation than dialogue and solution. He has made US policy unpopular in Nepal like US in Iraq due to his failure to uphold the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other countries. His open comments on internal matter have made him unpopular. Real US policy towards Nepal will be clear after the New Ambassador starts her work after July 15th.

Revolutionary period is over. it is time for maintaining peace in the country. Nepalese are frustrated and tired with civil war. every body wants peace in the country, but leaders should not rest. you are the people to lead the country. Prachanda you should know which direction are you taking to the country. there should not be any selfishness bihind the negotiation. otherwise this time Public will not excuse you leaders, because they have paid very expensive cost for this achivement.
