I am happy that a new system has been instated. I am happy that finally some signs of relief is oozing from the chaos of blood of yesterday. I now know people can walk on street, go for shopping, work their daily hours, live life as it was when there was democracy in Birendra's monarchy. I favoured monarchy when Birendra was there, but changed my views since Gyanendra came in power. I questioned morality of a bother and decided that he was not fit for the throne, and let's not talk about his son, his son should be jailed for things that he has done. Anyways, now I will feel free to walk on the same street where until yesterday police was ravaging my brothers and maobadis were harassing my people for money.
                   I still don't understand why we have to change the national anthem though!!! Wasn't it installed when our forfathers united this lovely country. I know we have to move forward, but how can we forget the history that it contains. I would say, let the anthem exist; we got nothing against out history. I know there will be speculations that the anthem has kings name on it or what-have-you, but those names apply to those kings that did something for this country, either united them or divided them into different states and caste.  So, I say let the anthem be there. Let's all be proud of our history and our culture, and the points that make us unique in this world.

Who gave the current parliament the authority to make any declarations? Their mandate expired more then 2 years ago. There has been no fresh elections and hence any decision taken by this parliament is unconstitutional in the first place.

    First of all, I want welcome to you in the new found democratic system……. Whatever you are saying couldn’t have been said month ago. Democracy is the only system where you can oppose it too…. Like saying jun thal ma khayo thai thal ma chutto.
   Let me tell you something but it is up to you believe or not. I don’t belong to any parties… I support those who support Republic Nepal….. I support those who support multi party democracy with presidential system. I believe head of state should be elected not selected…… I wouldn’t have any problem if gyanedra or girija or deupa madav , paras or baburam or any ram  or any person become president with people vote. I can accept any one as head of state as long as he/she arrives there by people vote.
   As I said before how can I tell other discrimination is bad, when we are ready to accept state sponsored discrimination? Monarchy system is state sponsored discrimination. In my view state should be helping to eliminate discrimination not protect.
       Well in my view, Nepal not being Hindu state also because of king…… In 90s too they try to make Nepal secular state but it failed. This king tried to use religion to promote him.  We got the feeling ‘to be hindu one has to support monarchy…….. if a  religion is used to promote a system and if that system fails religion would suffer that what happened in Nepal too…..if religious leaders hand not come out and supported king I bet perhaps Nepal would be called Hindu state…….
