SC judges make 13-point recommendation on draft interim constitution

A full court meeting of the Supreme Court justices on Sunday came up with a 13-point recommendation for amendment in the draft of the interim constitution.

It's essential to incorporate all the possible provisions in the forth coming interim constitution  which was forwarded by the supreme court of Nepal.It seems that the previously agreed interim constitution was prepared by political parties mostly based on political give and take basis that is why the principle of constitutionalism and other fundamental features of constitution were not dealt so seriously.So,I have raised the voice time and again to review
 the earlier hastly  signed constitution and rewrite with necessary addition and substitution.Othewise,it would very likely invite uncertainity and anarchy in the country.Jai Nepal !
