Chairman of the breakaway Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) today said the party would have no problem with any legal action against party leaders, who worked as key functionaries during King Gyanendra’s direct rule, on the basis of the Rayamajhi commission’s report.

The action if really needed in the criminal and other activities where the law of land and universally declared human rights were indeed violated in reality and which might be found based on undisputed evidences and facts,the accpted principle of fair trial also equally needed to be fully compled before punishing any perpetrator.The basic principle of natural justice and guidance of criminal justice should always be there in trying the cases of criminal offences.The principle of criminal justice says"There may be nine criminals can go without punishment but there must not be punished a single innocent",that is why this very significant spirit of justice as said above must also be done in our context by which we might be able to send a message of our wholeheartedly acceptence of Rule of law basen on principle of justice.The action must not be guided by dirty politics and intention of taking revenge or weakening the oppontents to political gain.Democracy and democratic value and human rights and human value is for all in the civilized and democratic society,that is why the same things also applicable to all suspects and untill proved by competent judicial body,they might not be called criminal inreality.While working on justice high comand authority al ways need to be committed to fair trial and principle of natural justice,otherwise,wrong message might be circulated for futurte purpose as well which would be counter-productive too.We must be cautious that" Aaphule Khaneko Khaldo Ma Aaphai pani Parna Sakchha ".Let us do all wise and justfully so that there should not be pointed finger upon what we did.Jay nepal !

Whatever the High Probe commission is who cares..................... These leaders are acusing the leaders of direct king rule have violeted the human right and misus of statefund.

Oh Hello!!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck is this.. these party leaders can violet human right and basic peoples  right as well nothings happens, no one cares but why?? We all know that these leaders are very corrupt, they should also be under the law/..Now they are saying that house is restore by the peoples movement, so they don't need to be under constitution.

SPA-M are Thugs and Terrorists. They are just fooling general public by their disguised voice for DEMOCRACY. The Reality is Kingdom of Nepal already has Democracy and These same SPA-M Thugs did not abide by it and blamed everything on Innocent Monarch who just wants to see Nepalese people live in peace and prosperity.

Constitutional Monarchy with Multi party Democracy is the best option and only thing to change is SPA-M thugs, these thugs should be replaced by new leaders who do not support violence and will be truly dedicated to our Kingdom and Palace.
