I think ,it would be meaningless to make high news about all these types of atrocities and action of rebels in media because this makes no difference to them since these are all their reular routine works. It has  already been proved that the allegations, reports, facts base photos of incidents and activities about the rebels brought by UNHCHR,press,TVs,NHRC and all other agencies have significantly no use to rebels because they always used  to flatly deny all, that is why no use of this types of news about them.Jai Nepal !

Dear spkathmandu,
I just do not understand why you thought that I changed my ideological thought. And I assume you also do not change your thought.
Let us come to your question.
Nepal's midnight peace deal between the government and Maoist aimed at ending the 10-year insurgency is being hailed in fulsome terms.
In this regard Mr. Prachanda has said that the party is changing from being a rebel force into a political force and has promised new policies soon.
In my view it is "a new era for Nepal". Dr. Baburam had explained  it as the beginning of the end of the monarchy. And of course it is one of the biggest breakthroughs in the history of Nepal. It now looks as if the first meeting of the assembly due to be elected by June will decide, by a simple majority, whether Nepal will be a kingdom or a republic. The demolition of the monarchy was  beyond the imagination of Nepali people before April uprising. But now  it is going to be materialised.
I hope the Maoists will understand and realise their limitations.Let us hope that they will stop all kind of recruitments.
Thank you

Mr.Spkathmandu
Wars and rumers of war have filled the pages of history. In 1960 a Norwegian statistician   with the use of a computer announced that in 5560 years of recorded human history there have been 14531 wars or.... 2.6135 a year`` and that ``of 185 generations of man`s recorded experience.... only ten have known unsullied peace.``So I do not assume that our desire may bring unsullied peace in our country. There are various play makers behind the scene.
Maoist are not the Angels. But I can say for sure that Mr. Prachanda is determined to bring peace in the country. The question is how the new government would address the issues relating to the insurgency. If the government failed to address the issues properly  another group will emerge to take arms.

``You are no different than millions of Nepali who are just hoping  about this brutal group for 10 plus years and now they are busy recruiting 6 th grade students``

The world is eyeing on them. They will and have to stop any kind of recruitments. And one more point for thought``Does  maoist`s new recruitments poses any threat to current peace process? because they are not going to take or get arms from anybody. For me I see no threat poses from them.

Today, Maoist Terrorists are continuing to Terrorize innocent Civilians and Mis Lead + Brain wash them just as usual, and individuals who refuse to accept Maoism are Slaughtered. This will never stop, even if the Maoist Terrorist are handed over power from Girja.

SPA Traitors and Loosers, the main bunch of People are the ones who are responsible for the collapse of Economy, Infrastructure,  peace & security in our Beautiful country. Last 15 + Years has been filled with Corruption and Chaos and just to divert peoples attention from the wrong doings of GIRJA, MADHVA, DEUBA govt's they and Maoist Terrorists together joined hands and blame it on INNOCENT MONARCH, who did nothing other than to show these idiots and example of good governance.

But these SPA-M thugs got too scared and got worried that if His Majesty the King succeeds in conducting Elections and Corruption control, then people will chase and beat the crap out of these mis-leaders. This is when some Terrroists supporters of South Block actively put a master plan, how to oust His Majesty and Blame him for "HOLLOW EXERCISE TO REMAIN IN POWEER" to CRUSH DEMOCRACY and all the Bull Shit.

Who will question to these SPA-M thugs and Terrorists about the Death of 14 thousand + Civillians and Security personnel who lost their lives protecting our Democracy and Safety? Just because 20 or so Terrorists and Anti social elements got killed withe their Terrorist movement then they were given about a Million Rupee each why?

Police personnel who has lost their arms, legs, life protecting our Democracy from Maoist Terrorist Take over are still begging for survival, why ? In fact these Security personnal and Fallen Soldiers and Police Personnel should be Martyrs and rewarded not the other way around.

K1, RAJ66, AM, Lumbini and other Terrorist Suppoters, think about this and justify How Bad Governance, corruption, propaganda, mislead, child soldier recruitment by Maoist Terrorists  and Terrorism is acceptable to you few? JUSTIFY?

Mr.Spkathmandu,
After deposing their weapons Maoist remain no tiger anymore or you could say they now became a paper tiger. Why do you afraid of with paper tiger?
Politics does not move straight as we like.We should be ready to face many many ups and downs. The major concern for Nepali people is to be peace agreement and management of weapons.Once it be completed other things would come to an end automatically.
If maoist able to mobilise people and win the power through it after deposing their weapons then you should not have any problem and you must respect them. The code of conduct apply to both sides. The Nepal army also taking recruits and officer cadets. This too should be stopped.
Thank you

Mr.Patriot Nepali,
The 238 years of autocratic rule of Shahs is responsible for all these miseries.Nepali people were completely deprived from being a soverign citizen in their own country until last April uprising. Can you imagine, for example, what utter lack of influence or what some would call powerlessness might be?The account of Badis, Kamaiya,Dalit,Janajati provides us with one description of human beings about as close to the zero position of control over  their own lives. They were completely lacked influence over their own lives. The only kings rule is responsible for this.
Mr.P.Nepali your days has gone.
Why we are in second position in world ranking of wealthy nations from the below? and king is one of the top most rich man of the country?King has collected  all theses wealths by exploiting his own people. We just do not need king.It is time for you like people to roll your bag and vanish from the scene or accept the people`s verdict and remain quietly.
Thank you

I know you want to keep your interest secured in this country. You want to ride on Nepali people. That is why you are trying to raise your frog like voice by critisizing all leaders.Nepali people are more claver than you.We called Girija as Girija not Girijau.
You neo-fascist reactionary better not think you'll have room to manoeuvre. We're going to keep you on a short leash.

The main thing is how to make Nepal a peaceful and fully democratic country where there will be no more recognisation to power whose main source is terror and horror backed by arms and army. The question of monarchy or republic is a secondary matter because there are so many countries in the world where both the systems are very successfully launching and people are enjoying democracy and its fruitful result respectively. It would be certainly counter-productive step in llong run of using arms to have basic rights and democracy because in democracy every one has his one thought and way of achieving democratic goal and if every one  started to raise arms for reaching the goal the sustainable peace and real democracy can never be achieved. That is why how to permanently close the way of using arms and army for the democratic rights is main challenge of today's Nepal. The present arrangement has not properly addressed for safer and peaceful journey to democractic future of Nepal because people have still fear that most likely the arms and army which are in temporary camps will ceratinly be reused in the circumstance where the wish of rebel would not be achieved through the democratic process like referendom and constituent assembly and same thought have already been expressed by the rebel leader. So,if the things are as such then what is the meaning of people's decision, that is why let us think and try to make Nepal completely free from fear of terror and horror of reusing arms which have been unfortunately used since more than a decade ago.If the political powers have faith on people and beleive in undefeatable super power of people, what would be the meaning of holding those weapons.Let us develop the people's power to struggle against undemocratic elements with the greater and much influencial weapon of non-violence war.Thank you and Jay Nepal !

AS CN PUT IT-THE ISSUE IS DEMOCRACY.HAVE WE SECURED A FULLY WORKING DEMOCRACY ON PAPER AND IN PRACTISE? I AM AFRAID WE HAVE NOT. DO WE RESPECT OTHER'S RIGHTS WHILE ENJOYING OURS? NO. WE MUST RELAIZE THAT CHANTING DEMOCRACY IS ONE THING BUT A DEMOCRAT HAS TO LEARN TO PRACTISE IT IN HIS DAILY LIFE.ONCE THIS IS ASSURED THE REST WILL FALL INTO PLACE ONE BY ONE. GOOD ONE!

Mr. Raj 66
Try to realize that putting a ladder to terrorist for their success will not strengthen democracy and ensure peace in the country; rather it will be suicidal to SPA in the future.

The maoists had to be bought into the mainstream. I hope you are not advocating another war.The past ten years for those of us living in Nepal have been a nightmare. Bombs, bandhs, curfews, phones cut off, mobiles needing re-registration. We don't want a repeat. You cannot wish away the maoists. And please stop the branding game. Rebels or ex-rebels sounds better. And you don't have to be a supporter to use this phrase.

Raj66
Do you think they will go to Jungle again to fight insurgency? Believe me at this stage these terrorist can not go to jungle, since they have already started dreaming to enjoy the power of government.

I am not against of peace process, like my name I also want to see my motherland as a most peaceful country in the world. My suggestion to SPA led government is not to kneel down and do surrender in front of these criminals, rather deal with full confident.

If they neglect monarchy, they will be the next target of these terrorist that will open their road to establish totalitarian communist set up in Nepal. If so happen another insurgency war will be imminent with the help of western world, which many more will time bloody than the one we had earlier.

If government takes hasty decision just to please these criminals, remember that day is not so far

If the Maoists are truly faithful towards ongoing peace process, they must lay down their weapons in cantonment and stop recruiting. They must understand tat it is the time to develop political cadre not to build their fighting force. This type of action always undermines their commitment towards peace process. They must not be too rigid in any matter and must respect other elements of the nation.
