Human rights basis for sustainable peace: Sundh

Newly appointed chief of the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Nepal, Lena Sundh, has said that human rights is the main basis for sustainable peace in the country and added that discrimination and social exclusion should not get any space in new Nepal for restoration of sustainable peace.

It is the universal principle that Human Rights and Rule of Law are the two basic pillars of the democracy lacking of each there could not be any meaning of democracy whose ultimate goal is to make the human being a prosperous,peaceful and safer life.In absence of fully protection and promotion of Universally decalre Human rights the sustainable peace and progress can be only day dream only.That is why,in the present Nepal,both human rights and rule of law are not given piority and just for the cause of gaining outter world's support to rule the country,those words are wide used but not protected and promoted from any side in reality.So,it is yet to go very far to have peace to see and feel.Anyway,the pressure from the International community in fevour of human rights and rule of law will certainly play a positive role to this end.Jay Nepal !

Madam, be impartial, we do not want you to follow the foot step of your predecessor. He actually sold himself to the Maoist. Now he is again in Nepal in such a reputed post but I always have doubts on his faith. Please, understand that your performance carry a lot to solve the crisis positively.  We Nepali want long lasting peace, for that your honesty will play a vital role. In order to work for betterment of Nepali people in their safe guarding of most important basic rights,we have  already set up an independent and competent body named National Human Rights Commision constituted as per the standard norms and value of UN-Paris conference related to the same effect,but it was the deed of most failure and controversial person, Ramesh N. Pandey who looked the issue in past, to invite UN for same works as it has given to NHRC.New arrangement and reconstitute of NHRC comprising of independent and competent experts could be done to response the challenges raised by national and international communities by implementing the recommendation of commission honest and effectively,but the most unpopular then minister chhose the way to demoralising Nepal's own commission NHRC.So we Nepali have always promoted the culture not to recognise and beleive to our own fellow beings rather we always give much role to foreigners in our internal matters as well which unnecessarily leading us towrads uncontrolable and distructive situation.Let us start new chapter by trusting each-other through mutual understanding and cooperation with wider and deeper heart.Jay Nepal !

Today, Maoist Terrorists are continuing to Terrorize innocent Civilians and Mis Lead + Brain wash them just as usual, and individuals who refuse to accept Maoism are Slaughtered. Just because 20 or so Terrorists and Anti social elements got killed with their Terrorist movement then they were given about a Million Rupee each why?

Police personnel who has lost their arms, legs, life protecting our Democracy from Maoist Terrorist Take over are still begging for survival, why ? In fact these Security personnal and Fallen Soldiers and Police Personnel should be Martyrs and rewarded not the other way around.

K1, RAJ66, AM and other Terrorist Suppoters, think about this and justify How Bad Governance, corruption, propaganda, mislead, child soldier recruitment by Maoist Terrorists  and Terrorism is acceptable to you few? JUSTIFY?
