I hope this test case be a successful case in the history of financial sector of Nepal. Thousands of investors could be saved. If a private owned bank like this one can go bankrputy then think about other credit unioins and financial institution. This Kind of cases create a chaos among the few investors who invest in the financial institution.

In the past few years Nepalese bank are providing accessive amount in consumer and household loan due to the failure of big industry and increasing number of bad debts. Is that good? We don't have any check and balance sysytem of individual credits. Our banks donot have proper system of risk assessment. This also have adverse affect on financila institution.

All the western nation are now surviving on the service and financial industry. We can be like one of them if we can use our money very wisely. I request all not to put money under the bed or inside water tank and make useless millions of Rupees worth homes. Be productive flow the money help our economy.

Lets pary this kind of incident will not repeat in our country again.

The the existence case of NBB is nothing other than a burning example of increasing  corrupt practices and dealing in the financial sectors promoted by corrupted leaders of government and parties that is why they have been knowingly ignoring the currupt dealing, which has been going on extensively, because of their invisible involvement for their personal gain.
In this NBB case, all parties concerned especially the Nepal Rastra Bank,NBB higher management and court ( judge )are equally responsible for this situation created.Untill and unless the overall reorganisation in the central bank (NRB ) has not been done in order to sack the mostly higher staff of that bank, who are either inefficient or corrupt, this type 0f intentionally created problem will continue in the days to come and ultimately the country would be bankrupted.Jay Nepal !
