Justice Singh and Basnet are invlolved in corruption indirectly. Look at the Justices : they have amassed millions of dollars thruough corruption.
Just think about there salary? How much they earn in a month?. How did they built huge buildings!!!!!!!
Everyone has sense not only justices.
The blacklisted personnel are aquitted by these corrupt Judges.
They should be gunned down for their role in corruption. We every citizen of Nepal have given the VERDICT of Death to both of the Justices.
Thanks

I am extremely disappointed with the attitude of retiring Justice. How can a Justice at the top most position obstruct Justice to collect loans from defaulters. This clearly shows the Justice is directly involved in corruption. This is the major problem of Nepal! Almost all top government officials are involved in corruption. If not is Mr. Agrawal the Justice's relative or what? The relationship between the retiring Justice and Mr. Agrawal is made by under table business this is clear.
By the look of it the new government should appoint a special commission and investigate the official earnings of all Justices involved. Moreover, the committee should weigh whether their properties are in proportion to their official earning or not. If their properties are not proportion to their official earning then their property should be nationalized.

The concept of independency of judiciary ,which is also regarded as one of the most basic foundation pillar of democracy, and punishment to judge involving in corrupt practice are two different issues that is why it should always need to be very careful about dealing those issue. While acting upon curbing the corruption in judiciary it is a must always to keep in mind that such a action might not be affecting the dignity and independency of court,a patronage of human rights and rule of law ,otherwise it would creat a great problem before making the democracy, based on justice and rule of law,a successful.
Current practice of PAC of HoR in reviewing whole verdict delivered by supreme court, in which four judges were involved, and concluding the verdict a wrong is a not very supportive and appreviative step in honouring the highest body of judiciary, since the PAC is not upper court who could see appeal that is why it will be counter-productive.Proseciting the charge of corruption against any judge upon the finding the fact and evidence can be taken up differently and the procedure of impeachment has its specific way to take action against the perpetrator but not as one done recently by PAC-HoR.This does not mean that I am going to save the corrupt judge and corrupt practice of court but I am defending the the value and importance of judiciary in protecting the fundamental rights of people and ruler of law in order to have smooth system of democracy.Jay Nepal !
