There is no possibility of such action will be taken against the willful defaulters because all  most all minster of past and current as well have no moral power since they are immoral and somehow directly or indirectly involving those malpractice whic has devasted the country's economy and International credibility. It's akind of propoganda to deceive common and poor people by talking hughly loud voice but in reality thet the government is not willing to do so.The intention to go government of seen trend is to grab an opportunity to have personal gain of power and money so that through it be able to be focused in the eyes of so called civil society and have continuity to rob the people and entire country.so,let us not wate time to be hopeful about the activities of corrupt leaders and rulers.Jai Nepal !
