The judges and justices in Nepal of all courts are very corruptive.
They act on money.
Just impeachment is not enough. They should be gunned down without saying anything.

The independency of court is one of the most basic feature of democracy and without which there can not be maintained check and balance among state main organ,so it is always considerd court need to be most respected and its independency must not be interferanced. But in order to keep court a reputed,an independent and competent for carrying its job just and lawfully there need high moral, highly academic, impartial and most competent judeges to carry the noble mission trusted by people to them.Unfortunately it has wide seen and found in the court including highest level involving corrupt practices which is a very dangerous and most discouraging aspect for development of healthy practice of democracy and high morale in the society. So,some effective steps need to initiate to cope the issue is mostand which should be  based on principle of justice with basic norms of fair trial but using any violant or other inhumane method.Jai Nepal !

I do think asking the PAC to impeach justices will set a good precedent. It must be remembered that a strong independent judicial system is very important. However, the judiciary itself must develop mechanisms within to deal strongly with judges giving wrong verdicts. In this particular case the the verdict of the judges were influenced by other factors and it is the Chief Justice's job is to censure them. The politicans must not meddle in the matter. The PAC can make suggestions but it is up to the Supreme Court to decide the relevant methods to deal with the issue. It must be noted that a contributing factor of Gyanendra's downfall  was an independent judiciary.
