More time needed to decide all issues in a package form: Negotiators
Even as they stated that they are narrowing down their differences on all contentious issues, the government as well as Maoist talks coordinators have said they need more time and more homework to resolve all thorny issues in a single package.

Yeah more time is needed to decide all the issues, the issues in my view can be described as follows:
1. How long the government should stay in power, have they amassed enough wealth so that they can step down? Have they made enough foreign visits to add to their list? Have they done enough mockery of democracy?
2. How long the maoists want to loot general public, have they collected enough money? Well seems no, they have decided to collect taxes(? or I should rather say loot in different name) in the eastern Nepal. And most importantly, have they killed enough people?
3. Should Nepal be ruled by Reds or by the Rainbow (from red to violet) itself?
4. Are SPA sure that they will gather more votes than Maoists?
5. Are Maoists sure that they will gather more votes than SPA?
6. Should Prachanda be made Premier or Girija be made Premier?
7. Should we declare the maoist militia nepal army?
8. Have the government guaranteed the maoist victory in CA election if they have to disarm?
9. Have the maoist guaranteed the SPA victory in CA election if maoists do not disarm?
10. By the way, what about Sher, Madhav and gang? Are they not also eligible for premier post? Why just Prachanda or Girija?
11. Why worry about the people they have been patient and will remain patient. They have no choice anyway, all the sides are evils and when the evils rule, who dares to be impatient?
Yeah there is a long list of issues and more importantly some issues create other issues that make the former issue indecisive and further create more issues and we end up with so many issues that it is always easy to sit on the issues and pretend there is no issue at all. After all the present deadlock is giving enough benefit for all, SPAM, KING and not to mention the neighboring giants. SPA can remain in power citing the need for decision, Maoists can loot and kill citing their need to feed their militia, king will have enough time to conspire and neighboring giants will have more bargaining power. So the longer the deadlock, better for all except general public.
What more can we expect?

Enough time has been taken for homework.Meanwhile maoists are still running riot and the SPA functioning below expectation. Also the royalists are rearing their ugly heads. It is time to trash out the issues and reach an agreement as soon as possible so that the country come out of this mess.By the look of things all are concerned more about the future elections than the issues that need immediate attention.
