Empity vessel much sound ,is widely known and used an English proverb and once again this has been seen in the Rayamajhi commission as well.It is not recommended deed to disturb unnecessarily the social and justice accepted norms and beleif of the society unless there is strong will power and moral courage within itself to have committed to mission of justice. For the sake of popularity and show up to people if as doing never attempted step but main objective has  really not been kept as a prime motive will only create unwanted situation which may not be matching fact to the justice. So,every matter need to be dealt with prime mission objectively set for the same in reality instead of above mentioned if act is done just demoralised and defame someone for the purpose of popularity can not be accepted as an act of justice administration since later is differ from playing politics.Jay Nepal

Unless the government intends to implement what the commision proposes the probe into Gyanendra's crimes will be without meaning. As the chairman of the brutal regime he deserves to be punished but it may be noted that he is the head of state for the time and efforts are being made both inside and outside the country to retain him as a ceremonial monarch. This is not for what the people put the SPA in power.First all constiuents of the SPa must agree that they will put the issue of the monarchy in a form of a referendum to the people then only the efforts of the commision will be relevant otherwise as it was mentioned by CN beating empty vessels to make noise and gain popularity has no meaning. The april movement clearly wanted the end of kingship and if the SPA intends to violate that then it is better leaving Gyanendra alone.
