THE GOVERNMENT IS CERTAINLY NOT UP TO MARK ON THIS AREA.RANA SHOULD COME UP WITH CONCRETE PLANS AS HE HAS HAD A LONG EXPERICE IN GOVERNMENT.YESTERDAY'S INCIDENT WAS MOST UNFORTUNATE AND THE CULTURE OF SETTLING SCORES BY THE GUN MUST STOP AND ALSO MUST THE BEATING TO DEATH OF CRIMINALS.THESE DAYS PEOPLE TAKE THE LAW INTO THIER HANDS TOO QUICKLY.THE LAW OF THE LAND MUST BE UTILISED TO SETTLE DISPUTES AND WELL AS METE OUT PUNISHMENT TO CRIMINALS.

For more than a decade Violence is an intergral part of Nepal. When after Killing more than 15000 people Maoist are grabbing media and are advertised and Hyped though they have not done nothing. Another JTTM also copied the same formula. They will kill another 20000 Nepalese and will aslo be welcomed on red carpet.  There is nothing to say .......unfortunatly when excuses are given to Murders...........No one can avert another similiar rise ............because    there are many issues in Nepal still be addressed and cannot be addressed.

Its true the law and order situation is absolutely berserk. But you know, Mr Rana woke up only after his cader was killed. Why isn't there same desperation when a general Nepali is killed. Why is there only desperation when 21people are killed, why isnt there such a big hype when 13000others were killed.
Mr Rana is in very sorry position. they are in parliament but no one is listining to him, he wasnted to participate in the el;ctions called by the king but his party was not given their original sign, so he claimed he renounced the elctions, now he wants to make the his statements heard by saying RPP doesnot require king, but still no one is hearing to him. May be this killing will help in his hearing.
However we must accept that the law and order situation is not good at all and something needs to be done, where are these nagrik samaj gone now.

Mr. Rana ,to some extent, is right to criticise the government`s performance regarding the security situations of the country.Law and order is completely collapsed .But at the same time he must be mindfull enough taht the country is in transitional period and unsocial elements  try to take an advantage from it.

Yesterday his party was in government when an UML MP Hemnarayan Yadav was killed. Before that another MP.Mirja was also shot deat in Kathmandu. An ordinary woman and a security guard of a school also were shot dead in Kathmandu just yesterday. We all Nepalis are really shocked to hear this bad news.Any kind of killing must be condemned.Culprit must be brought into justice. We must raise our voice against the killing of these ordinary one`s as well. They also have lost their life as has Shrestha lost.

As report suggests, some of the members of deposed royal regime are working behind the scene to undermine the achievements of the people`s movement through supporting and insisting killings, lootings and kidnappings. The police administration is not cooperating fully to maintain public security in the country.Mr.sitaule at this stage can do nothing for this  when the whole cabinate support the culprits of Jana Aandolan.Mr. Goit ,JTMM chairman, took an undue advantage of this frigile situation.

It is real time to dissolve the parliament, form an interim government inclding maoists and other groups of the society and to go for CA elections. This initiative could help to creat security situation in the country better.
Thank you

THE DEATH OF A RESPECTED FIGURE SHOULD NOT BE USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR THE MANDALES TO RUN RIOT.AS LUMBINI POINTED OUT A MP WAS KILLED WHEN RPP WAS IN GOVERNMENT.IT IS SAD BUT NO POLITICS .

If you look into the paragraphs thoroughly you could find that what I have said.Ijust can not agree with you that the theme of my saying circulates appeal to run riots.I clearly have demanded that the culprits must be brought into justice.
Those killed  in Kathmandu yesterday were also Nepali citizens as like Mr. Shrestha. If RPP chairman were really serious about the country`s security situation then he should have to raised this tragidy too before the government. It were my only concern regarding this tragidy.I just disagree with hipocracy. I was/am not playing any political game as you think nor do I like.It is not wise to think that our/mine blood is blood and theirs/yours is not.
Thank you

Sorry,I did read your article with care-all I meant was a similiar incident occured when he RPP was in government at some point thus it is not fair suggesting that law and order problems have surfaced for the first time.If I made feel  you otherwise, sorry.I fully agree with your views that the parliament has done all it can do ,an interim government, constitution that will lead us to the CA,the King's furure should be the main agenda.

Gularia tense after Maoist attack victim dies

Kantipur Report

KATHMANDU, Feb 26 - Gularia remained tense following the death of a person who was injured during an attack by the Maoists on Sunday.

According to a local Ram Lal Yadav, one Zileram Yadav of Gularia-3 was injured in a Maoist attack while attending a marriage procession.

Yadav had died Monday morning while undergoing treatment in India.

The body of the deceased was brought back to the district hospital for post mortem from Baharaich, India, where he was undergoing treatment.

Meanwhile, Arun Kumar Yadav, who was also injured in the attack, is out of danger now.

As soon as the news of the incident spread, the hospital premises were thronged by worried locals. The police have heightened security in the premises to avoid any untoward incident.

Meanwhile, Bardia was affected on the second day of the indefinite strike called by the Madhesi community demanding the release of a local Kittu Yadav. Yadav, who was accused of murdering a local Maoist Madhesi leader Nankau Godia, was taken into police custody on Thursday.

Due to the banda, shops, businesses, transportation services and factories in the headquarters Guleria are completely shut.

According to the police, vehicular movement on the east-west Mahendra Highway and the Nepalgunj-Guleria road has been completely halted.

On the other hand, Maoists allege that it is a "conspiracy" to foil the mass meeting to be held tomorrow in Nepalgunj, which is to be addressed by the Maoist chairman Prachanda.
