Ohho...........Maiost should give up their arms....but what should be the role of Nepal army considering two facts 1) captain rana seized darbur Marg plice station for 1 hours with arms and 2) parajung Thapa escaping the summons of Rayamajhi Commission.

Koirala Jee.. you should understand that the current threat to Nepal is from monarchy and from shashi sena. Don't feel secure in that net. If maoists agree to keep their arms under the control of international body that should not be the problem. Are you coward to go  to the election and just lingering to unncessary things? We need new Nepal not fack new face. The mandate of the jana andalon is to bring peace in the country and constitutanional assemlby as soon as possible. This parliament does not represent people's movement. Get rid of of it soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE MAOISTS MUST MANAGE ARMS BEFOR JOINING THE INTERIM GOVERNMENT.THAT IS CONFINE CADRES TO SPECIFIED CAMPS.HOWEVER UNTIL THE ISSUE OF MONARCHY IS PUT TO REFERENDUM THE MAOISTS MUST NOT DISARM.THE ROYALISTS MIGHT TAKE THIS AS AN OPPURTUNITY TO GUN DOWN UNARMED MAOISTS IN COLD BLOOD AND DERAIL THE PEACE PROCESS.THE SPA SHOULD RELAISE THAT ONLY AFTER THEY COMMAND THE LOYALTY OF THE NEPAL ARMY CAN THIS HAPPEN.BY THE LOOK OF THINGS THE HIGHER LEVELS OF THE ARMY STILL PREFER TO TAKE ORDERS FROM FROM THE TYRANT SHAH.THE SPA SHOULD FIRST DISMISS THOSE WHO ARE DISLOYAL TO THE NEW DISPENSATION AND THEN ASK THE MAOISTS TO DISARM.ALONG WITH THE MAOISTS THE SPA WILL MEET THE SAME FATE IF GYANENDRA GETS A CHANCE.ALL MUST REMEMBER THAT THE ISSUE IS TURNING THE MAOISTS INTO A RESPONSIBLE PARLIAMENTARY FORCE.THIS PROCESS TAKES A LOT OF GOODWILL AND THE APPREHENSION ON THE MAOIST SIBE IS JUSTIFIED AS FAR AS COMPLETE DISARMAMENT IS CONCERNED.
