What the ....what does he thinks of himself. SC is the highest body in any form of government and not obeying its order, Mr. Thapa has clearly demonstrated his unwillingness to cooperate with the rule of LAW. Whether it is Parliament or The King, SC's decision should be above all in all aspect in the rule of Law. We know that when there was a dispute in America in 2000 election, SC of USA intervened and verdict was ordered and people of America including US forces obeyed it. Therefore such acts shouldn't be taken lightly. Mr. Thapa should be stripped out of his positoin.

Its difficult to say who is right and who is wrong now a days in Nepal. It looks every institutions have power to do whatever they want to do. Cabinet, parliament, parties, royalists, all are in the same row. There no law, rules, regulations. Everybody takes laws in their hand in the name of democracy.

Thapa should have gone to the comission. But just to remind Mr Kshtriyaraj, this is not supreme court. This is commission only. The people not obeying supreme court are Bhattrai, prachanda,  badal etc etc, as SC called thme for 4years
But anyway Thapa should have gone there and lets see if he appears there in future.
