Shame on the captain who led a bunch of dickheads.
Suspension is not really reasonable punishment for them.
They should be sacked and put on a jail for what they did so
that the future captains don't repeat the same crime.
Shame on.
I am really disgusted by this act.
I can just imagine what he could do to captured maoists if
he could torture a policeman who is fight back to back to
defend the country.
I spit on that lowest Captain Mr. RANA

THOUGH IT'S A VERY SERIOUS CASE AND STRONG ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THE CULPRITS BUT THE INDIVIDUAL CASE SHOULD NOT BE POLITICISED AND SHOULD NOT DO POLITICS IN THE CASE. IT IS A MATTER OF PERSONNEL MADNESS OF A FOOLISH ARMY OFFICER NOT THE WHOLE INSTITUTION, WHICH IS DEDICATED FOR TEH SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE PEOPLE.

neccessary action should be taken action against the culprits and proper punishment levelled against them. At the same time the government should not politicize this incident and blame the whole institution of the army.

PUNISH THE GUILTY.THE NEPAL ARMY HAS NEVER BEEN PRO-PEOPLE.REFORMS MUST BE INTIATED WITHIN THE ARMY TO MAKE THEM AWARE THAT THE DAYS OF LOYALTY TO ONE MAN IS OVER.THEY MUST BE LOYAL TO THOSE WHO MAINTAIN THEM-THE TAXPAYERS.THERE ARE A GOOD NUMBER OF DECENT PEOPLE IN THE ARMY AND THEY MUST BE TAKEN INTO CONFIDENCE IF THE ARMY IS TO BE REFORMED INTO A PROFFESSIONAL UNIT.AND NO THE NA DOES NOT HAVE A GLORIOUS RECORD AS SOME ROYALISTS WOULD LIKE US TO BELIEVE.IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN USED AS A TOOL TO SUPPRESS PEOPLE.

By his own verdict no guilty man was ever acquitted.
