Nepal government formally requests UN to assist in arms management

The government of Nepal has formally requested the United Nations (UN) to help with the management of arms of both the sides and to monitor it.

State Run Radio Nepal quoted Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) KP Sharma Oli, who also holds the foreign portfolio, as saying that the government formally requested the global body in this regard.

EVERY COUNTRY HAD THEIR OWN NATIONAL ARMY SO THERE IS NO NEED OF MONITOOTING OR MANAGING NEPAL ARMY, SO ONLY MAOIST WEAPONS AND ARMIES SHOULD BE MONITORED AND THE MAOISTS SHOULD BE ASKED TO DO SOME CONSTRUCTIVE WORKS LIKE ROAD CONSTRUCTION AND FARMING IF THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PEOPLE AND THE COUNTRY. The Nepal Army must only be confined to the barracks. The UN must manage maoist arms and provide security for the period as the police are incapable of doing it.Anyway, full credit to the government because it is better late than never especially with Gyanendra hovering around and his cronies yet to be send to jail for a long period of time. They should be hanged but.....
