out of 10000 about 5 thousands under the command of PM (Deuba, Chanda, Thapa, Deuba) and 5 thousands under the commands of Gyanendra.

Jail due = one day per killed (assumption)
Gyanendra: 5 thousands days ( 13 years)  jail, he can share it with his mandales etc.
Pranchanda: 3000 days (8 years)
PMs: each 3.4 years
