Now that the process of resolving the protracted armed conflict and failed governance of the last ten years has started with the reinstated parliament and its historic proclamations, many long-suffering "people in the middle" are feeling some respite. With peace seemingly on the horizon, the constituency cannot tolerate any more forced extortions, recruiting of their children into the army or militia, extrajudicial killings of innocent civilians, and, above all, sexual violence against women and girls, which has been on the rise in the last decade of conflict despite Nepal's ratification of CEDAW, the convention that criminalizes discrimination and violence against women.

Democracy is the only system in which goverment truely represent the mojority of people. Middle class and lower class of economic hirarchy get reach to the governance.

Human rights, civil righits and rule of majority can be confirmed in a system where tax payer are superior.

The GREAT SPRING MOVEMENT restablished the state aothority to the people, kicking out unapproved self decalared state aouthority holders: a mere joke in 21st century world.

The historic proclamation of HOR established by peoples movement formally declared people superiourity. The series of other declaration insured a sane NEPAL with equality and respect in terms of religion and gender. Reservation to minorities and women, opportunity and free market to able and educated people. The constintuent assemlby will truely shape the system of NEPAL to suit 21st century, and ensure natural law of governence.

The series of shameful nepotic system is broken and trashed, a system good for story and history book is already in quarentine, our next generation will read them in sotry and history book.

But two armed forces still exits and challenge of managing these forces is not a small foe of prosporous NEPAL. We are at very sensitive part of modern rising hitory of NEPAL. We have to be very careful. Our every word, every action will have significant effect.

The damage caused to NEPAL by random handling of foreign, economic, beurocratic, and security of neapl by royal goverment is huge, and we have to work lot to bring it to normal and into a system.
