NHRC must monitor truce: Johnson

At a time when the government and the Maoists had agreed to invite Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights Nepal (OHCHR) in Nepal to monitor the truce, David Johnson, acting head of the OHCHR has called on the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to monitor the truce and continue to consolidate the peace-building process.
