No need to mobilize Sitaula, they are in KTM under your nose and you SPA are idiot to make the M so open. Stand in the commom man's boot and see the difficulty they are facing now. and now if anyone is going to tell me that this govt. has come by Jana andolan-2 you are seriously wrong. this goverment has come by MAoist streets protests-1 and this is accepted by SPA'a and M have many times claimed this.

I don’t understand why Mr. Sitaula is blaming police departments for not adapting the changed context. How is it possible to get used to the context while it changes every season. It is better to plea Maoist’s forces to monitor the security situation, as they are habitual in adapting a new condition. Why to hunt for third option? Maoists have two of their great formulas to crack criminal activities. Simply, either MURDER or ABDUCT.

IT IS THE JOB OF THE POLICE TO MAINTAIN SECURITY.THE ARMY MUST NOT BE EXPOSED TO THE PUBLIC EXCEPT IN INSTANCES OF NATIONAL EMERGENCIES OR SITUATIONS WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION.HOWEVER THEY MUST NEVER BE UTILISED BY A SINGLE MAN TO SERVE HIS CRAZY DREAMS EVER AGAIN.
