The SPA must reject such demands strongly. It will leave a vaccum that the Maoists want to fill. If they fail the King will start playing dirty games again. The maoists better understand that the movement was staged by the people in general fed up with Gyanendra.Rejecting the King does not mean we want a red dictator replacing him.The SPA must start flexing their muscles because the support of the people Nepal is for a free, multi-party democracy where we can change governments by elections and not by facing bullets and batons.Kneejerk responses from the SPA will only give the ultra right and left room to try and reestablish themselves. And the most important thing is that the credit for success of the movement goes solely to the general public supported by the media, civil society and other proffessional bodies. The SPA initiated the process and the maoists lend support. That is all they did and minimum credit is due to them.

Please don't speak against Maoist brotherhood. SPA and Maoists are bhai-bhai. Why are you two now fighting over power. Please work together in making Nepal the Maoists Republic of Nepal under SPAM government.
We want to see the unity of SPA and M for a few days. It's just 1 mouth and 4 days and you are fighting already.
Please take care.

Why are you against Maoists? If Maoists are doing extortions and killings then SPA is also responsible for corruption and human right violence. Don't blame Maoists...Maoists want power because SPA came to power because of Maoists. SPA should not try to take credit for the Jana Anadolan Movement - 2. It was Maoists cadres who worked day and night to bring all the slogans, tyre burning and stone throwing. It was Maoist people who made the people go out on the streets. Without Maoists support, SPA would have been trounced by RNA.

Sorry Comrade,
You have a very bad disillusion on extortions and killings. They are really bad brother, when it happens to/near you. So please do not compare it with corruption and human right violence.
Other things I want to make you remind on word "Jana Anadolan" that you have mentioned earlier.
The changes what you see is an total effort from the people , the real people, who were extroted, who were killed.
I already mentioned that no power can resist peoples one.No one.
Maoist are lucky that they were give a chance to live. If they do not stop what they have been doing(The Dark Side) on other side then their end is also sure.

Please don't try to rename the Maoists movement - 1 as Jana Andolan Movement - 2. Make sure you get your facts correct or Maoists know how to make you correct. Maoists will make sure you dissolve the parliament.

Ha ha ha,
Hard Guy, do not try to fool/pacify yourself, calling as Maoist.
I think you can be one(Maoist) of those that were once used by Palace to supress the political muscles.
Yes, this is true that the palace once implemented such service under the prior supervisions of the then Panches.
But the plan worked but the Maoist grew stronger as the side effect and finally became the reason of owns falling.
This is something like you got the bite from your own pet.
Yours day are over Hardy. The panche insurgency inside maoist is a far gone history.
Be careful. They still have the anger of being used against own people and they will not spare you if they find it. I am not talking about "Making Correction", it is about "sparing you" buddy ........

Hardtalk,
If we want democracy in Nepal, what makes you think we will achieve it under "Maoists Republic of Nepal"?
From my understanding, I think "Maoist Republic of Nepal" is another synonym for dictatorship!
If we want unity among all Democratic forces, shouldnt we coin the term "Soverign Nepal" instead of Mao's Nepal?
Correct me if I am wrong!

In Five point agreement Maoist including SPA have agreed to dissolve the parliament, form an interim government and conduct C.A. elections.
So it is quite natural for them to demand to impliment the agreed agenda. But Some external factors are trying hard to prevent such things to happen. We see India and America are very much keen to discard Maoist from joining Interim govt. They fear that Maoist will focrce the spa to impliment their own agandas. And another reason why they do not like maoist is they are in favor in keeping monarchy survived in this tiny kingdom.
In fact, in our history of political movement major political parties had been conducted arms movements against the then governments.
Mr. G.P. Koirala who now is our prime minister also had taken part on arms movement. People say that he was a commander of Okhaldhunga Kanda. CPN ML now UML also took arms against the govt. The existing political, economic, social including internal and international circumstances dictate which means of struggle should be applied. It does not depend on one`s desire or personal enthusiasm. When the then Deauba govt. rejected to fulfill the 42 points demand presented by Dr. Bhattarai then only after that they have decided to take arms against the govt. we must not forget this fact.If we look or evaluate the power and position that Maoist have created over in 12 years time we surely can say that they were right to take arms. One can feel the changes that Maoist brought into the societies. They brought drastic changes in our society.
History is evident here that the spa do not wanted to change a dot (.) in the 2046 constitution and we all have heard many many times Madhav Nepal as saying that the country has no alternative of constitutional monarchy. Now all political parties have decided to go for republic state and say that the fate of monarch be decided through referandon. And Madhav become the most vocal critic of monarch. All thise thing become posible for all due to the maoist arms struggles.
In fact the leaders of the spas are the faild leaders. What they gave us? uncertainity, unemployment, poverty, unrest, lootings, holigans, nepotism, corruption, killings, rapes, ect. ect. Now they are asking to people to forgive them for their crimes. We must not keep any prejudice toward Maoists. They are taking their life in their hand for the sake of Nepali people.Dr. Bhattarai can get the top most job in his field if he liked to join. Prachanda could join UML and take high portfolio in that party like kamal chaulagai, bachaspati devkota but he did not choose that path why? because he want to bring equality , justice and freedom in this country.
Therefore in my view they have the right to reiterate their demand be fulfilled. It is an obligation of spa to abide by an agreements.
Thank you
