Prime Minister Nepal’s Foreign Policy Priorities

It has become customary for every new Prime Minister of the country to pay ritualistic visits to India and China. However such customary homage has done little to promote Nepal's relations in a concrete manner with either of our two neighbours.

while i truly agree with your arguments about our foreign policy and about the conduct of our illiterate polictical leaders, and thus it's impact of our presence on regional and international affairs. I must stress that, the reason behind this fiasco.First and Foremost, whilst nepal is a soverign state, her soverignity is totally undermined because of her weak economy. She has to go like a beggar and knock on the door to feed her belly. How can a beggar earn the same degree of respect while she is still a beggar? Nepal's respectable presence regionally and world at large, primarily rely on her strong economy. And secondarily, all the points that you put forth in your article. But i truly feel, first and foremost nepal has to be a strong economy within the region .
