It's too long to read. But it gives the opinion  of NRN which might help our constitution members for our constitution. Good work to make their vision clear about the type of constitution they want, It should be discussed and good points should be extracted from it.

Oh yeah, having pledge to be loyal to other countries (other than Nepal), these NRNA can really write a good constitution for Nepal. Probably, they are even expert of Nepal. What a joke.

Once again, I have found that when a Nepalese get American PR, he becomes more Nepali and when this same Nepalese gets US citizenship, he becomes super Nepali.

Do we remember that our CA members have travelled different countries and places for knowing about federalism and other various factors that are to be included in our constitution. If any one has their experience and knowledge about the factors that are the most for the development and democracry, can't they express it. The knowledge can be shared from anywhere in the world. If you have better experience and better knowledge then surely you will be acknowledged everywhere.

It is not about American PR or citizenship. It's about who feels what for the country. Look at our politicians for example. They are pledging to be loyal to Nepal than other countries, they are the one to write a constitution for Nepal. But what are they doing right now?? Fighting for the seats. This is a joke, for Nepal n Nepali ppl.

It should also be noted that remittance plays significant role in Nepal's economy. So whatever affects the economy, should have a say when writing a constitution. So whether he/she is Nepali working in America or Iraq or Malaysia or any parts of the world, their voices should be noted down.
