If the government is fomed within the deadline, it will be  the magic that every people would accept with both the hands. but we will not get it by any means. It is almost impossible as the parliament is suspended for the matter that is adjourned in the court. If people within the parliament would respect the court and maintain the regularity of the parliament then only the government formation is possible, this is a rare chance and there is no means for the president to step back because, it will be the court that will answer up the condition.

Well I am just trying opposing anyone being prime minster that lost CA election. It is an insult on Nepali people. How can some claim they respect people voice and make looser as PM?  Madav Kumar Nepal might be very good person but he has lost election from two places. The person who is not trusted by his own electorates wants lead 26 million people. It is an insult on Nepali people. 
I have no problem if GP( Girij P Koirlara)  or anyone (who didn’t run for election become pm again) at least they didn’t run for election so we have no idea how much support has.  If one is rejected by his/her own electorates.  PM should be that person at least who has won election. Other was there no point of saying Nepal is democratic country.  By the way there was time where pm was hand pick we got rid of that system.
