This revealation from former Prime Minister Puspa kamal Dahal is very shocking. It not only shows he is cracked but could not even be trusted for one rupees. He sold his cadrade and locked them in cantonment and he is enjoying public time in Resort. He has already emptied Neplease economy with his cracked & narrow view I think its time  he is made accountable for each and every policy he introduced to get revenue and where all they tax money ended.
