Investment in infrastructure: Nepal can learn from Bangladesh

On December 24, our van carrying five of us, including driver and an interpreter, rushed to Laxmipur (the locals call it Lakkipur), the five-hour drive to south-east from the Bangladeshi capital Dhaka. It was part of the election observation mission under Asian Network for Free Elections (ANFREL), but for me it an opportunity to look at closely this part of Bangladesh. Notably, the infrastructure built in this part of the country made think of what lacked in Nepal.

our country is relaxing for some time after a harsh domestic war. The future will speak about the necessity or the useful ness of civil war. But what i am tending to talk about is the war destroyed most of our basic infrastructures which were just at ground state of development. Our country was re-declared DEMOCRATIC in 2047 B.s. and the civil war started at 2052, but no one should avoid the fact that the development process was speeding up .

Then the civil war started growing and developing ,the conclusion was ruining the developed infrastructure. the projects were not completed at time. The infrastructures were just blasted and now we are under the dark age. So, there is no doubt in saying that we miss infrastructures, which can only help us for the development we are thinking off. There is no alternative than to invest our funds in the basic infrastructure which will be the only way to lead us towards development. To make a multi storeyed building we need to first construct the strong ground floor and the ground floor is obviously the basic infrastructures. The government need to make a complete plan of attracting and utilizing the financial support from the donor countries and agencies in the building process of infrastructure. If we think of developing without basic infrastructures, it will be just the pisciculture(fish farming) in  desert.

Nepali politicians and leaders are well-known and super skilled in learning dirty politics and distructive activities of other nations but they never found able and interested in following the constructive and positive acts that are taking other friendly nations. Our politicians are extra talent and super efficient in adopting Bihari style politics,
anarchis based rebellion that some African countries are launching but never and ever show any willingness to learn from great leader such as Nelson Mendela of S.Africa.That is why because of negative and destructive habitual leaders could never be proved as relief providers to people and natural suplliers of democratic value to take the nation to its right and proper direction.
