Dynamics of Conflict and Peace Building

Peace, progress and happiness have been the most cherished goals of Homo sapiens since emergence of the race over one million years ago. With remarkable progress in the fields of socio-economic development, technology, arts, culture and myriad of other areas, the human population increased from just a few in the beginning to about 80 million 10,000 years ago (8000 BC). The global population has now crossed 6.5 billion and is likely to stabilise at 9 to 11 billion in the coming two centuries.

It seems that Dr.Pudasaini's article is trying to give a kind of solution to achieve goal of peace and estability in the troubled Nepal. Its not inappropriate and unnecessary to appreciate the writer for the efforts so far been tried in order to get genuine out-come.But,whatever the writer tried his best focusing on reality and reason behind the ongoing crisis and opined to short-out them for the greater cause of nation and people through the genuine ways of following the concept of justice, rule of law, international human rights standards which are also specifically mentioned in UN charter, which could not be expect from the current leadership is the barrier Nepal is facing.
Releasing the muderers and huge violaters of human-rights and other criminals related to serious crimes in the name of political natured crimes, have created a very dangerous and threatening situation in the society and it clearly contributed to institutionalise the state of impunity. So,where the leaders and rulers are not dedicatedly committed to rule of law, justice and human rights, objective of sustainable peace, prosperity, stability and unified nation, can not be ever expeected. In Nepal most of the current seen problems are ready-made issues intentionally created by political parties and leaders for their political gains rather than natural and real facing one,for an example the  so called issue of Madhesi vs Pahadi is the political made issues. That is why the mentality and inteionality of so called leaders need to be changed first than all others and respect to laws and norms of human rights and democracy by the rulers and leaders are the primary to address the crisis.
