 There is no shortage of shortsighted leaders in the a troubled nation,who is currently struggling for keeping its identity intact,because of their shortsighted vision which have further narrowdowned by selfish and petty-politics approachment of so called great leaders,the nation and people are severely suffering.So,wider vision,true nationalist feeling,selfishlessness and love to nation and people,are the most wanted things in Nepal.Statesmanship is the good remedy to current Nepal including addressing to uneuality among the people but its been reality that the beautiful tiny nation,Nepal,still not finding the statesman.There are many villains but not hero,so without hero no play could be accomplished.

Root cause of inequality is Political Leaders who try to take advantage of existing inequality.
I haven't heard anyone saying how to remove this. Only I see is....everyone claims they are part of it and so they must get priority and they want to maintain this inequality because this would be in their profit.
Second is MEDIA. It's not that media acted against it but didn't act enough to aware people. Nepalese media is very weak in encouraging Nepalese for good wills.
