Congratulation supreme leader Prachand and the party you have been leading. Now,its your turn try not only to be supreme leader of the party you belong to but you need to be supreme of all Nepalis by not being lord but to be a servant of people anf for the same you need to freshly start whole things by winning the heart of Nepalis. The role of Prachand immediately needs to fully convert into " Pushpa Kamal ( Flower lotus ).The state of impunity is needed to end immediately as a good begining for which the the cadres of your party who have had  seriously violated the basic human rights like abducting and killing of journalist and mass killing by exploding public bus in Chitaun Madi.
Joining the government by UML and leaving in opposition by NC are, indeed, a good things for pressurising the Maoist lead government towards Logical end of conflict and delivering the fruits of democracy to commoners. To forge the broader national unity and greater reconcilation in order to creat long term national policy based on mutual consensus and to give appropriate and enough response to external evil force who's main objective is to weakening Nepal and Nepalis.
May Lord Pashupati Nath bless Nepal and Nepalis in for keeping stable, democratic, independent .prosperous and peaceful nation !

Real mandate of the people is to form a national consensus government and drafting the constitution that best suite to Nepal and whatever and whicever prefer by CA member crossing guidelines of the democratic norms and rule of law could not be in any case taken as mandate of people. All should mind that country is now governing under the management of interim constitution that is why all from president to PM are interim and actions and deeds done so far by this would not be comsidered as permanent and fully mandated by people because this is what democarcy stresses.
