Dear Reader,

This is not suprising news Nepalis do not know any other way because our political culture have taught us to do strike, vandalize public property, burn tyres and vehicles. If so called Netas can take powers by doing such things why not general public. Sociologist and Psychologist will know these things better than me.

If there had been a proper medical law this kind of incident would not have happen. People could have better way of expressing their protest. We leave in lawless nepal i suppose so anyone can do any thing. Think for a moment Maoist have taught innocent nepalis to use guns, in future if these kind of incident will take place  people will not hesitate to use guns because that is the thing they are taught.

My messages is for the intellectual groups of Nepal,  plaese stop making people violent, be peaceful nepali.
Give peace a chance........................... Stop HOR proclamation and constitution assembly. Make Nepal Armfree Zone. Most of rural teens are living thier life with the guns in their hand please stop, lets make nepal a better place to live.

I do not blame all the doctors. I have got many doctor-friends. People are forced to protest because the number of doctor-butchers has gone up in the last time. 20 Years ago anyone wishing to become a doctor or engineer had to pose very good academic background. But these days, if you can afford to spend lots of money, its not a big deal even if you passed SLC in III division. I do not have the updated info on the costs for the studies medicine and engineering. 5 yrs ago, you had to spend about Rs. 1,800,000 for medecine and Rs. 800,000 for Bachelor in engineering at private colleges. In 1991, I met a guy who came to study medicine in Kharkov, Ukraine. What he said is when he would be a doctor, he would take revenge on his enemies at the time of surgery in the hospital. This type of doctors has spoilt the good and respected image of other doctors. And now, Everest Nursing Home pleaded guilty and paid Rs. 250,000 as a compensation. Whats this? It is like if you have money, you can  kill people. Is it so? There must be a Law to regulate these kinds of situations. In my opinion, the doctor of Everest Nursing Home should have been charged with some degree of murder.

One more fact I would like to add is there had been some cases of accepting students who had
only SLC to medical instutions in Russia immediately after the falling off the Soviet Union. Plz note that before 1991 students needed to have at least certificate level to get admission into educational institutions in Russia and CIS countries. I think once court (nepali) had also involved in past to resolve the dispute over whether or not NMC to register these guys.

THE LAW MUST NOT BE DEFIED OR TAKEN INTO ONE'S HAND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.IF THE DOCTORS ARE GUILTY THEY MUST BE PUNISHED,BUT THE INFRASTRUCTURE MUST BE SPARED.
