EVERYBODY JUDGES OTHERS AFTER HIMSELF
The study of social interaction amongst the individuals and groups of persons becomes more plausible and decisive while making decisions in our business life, and such a scrutiny of human behaviors is recognized as the Social Sciences.
Obviously the Social Sciences incorporate the human beings and their overall individual and collective behaviors, of the past and the present, to be synthesized so as to take into consideration the kind of character-building experiences that prepare them to take on a leadership role in the business world; enabling them to focussing the attention on bringing out the very best in each individual.
Some of our past decisions could offer us a wonderful insight into the way the impact of our future decisions could be felt and approved of. Such experiences are very common occurrence to reinforce the certitude in our doings.
Most of the time in big Societies thanks to the team management, decisions are taken under the direct influence of the team and sometimes we could take relatively bad decisions collectively.
Often the botched invasion of Cuba (1961) by the anticastrists or the Bay of Pigs fiasco is cited as the definite example of “groupthink”. Plus one day “the Iraq invasion scheme” would be held up as “the bad decision”.
If we look into the research of Gary Klein and his so called “naturalistic decision-making” what we notice is that “people with experience do most of their decision-making subconsciously”. He further adds that “the people assess the situation by matching it with an experience in their memories of past actions. This also happens subconsciously.”
“Finally they test the practicability of this course of action by imagining what will happen if the action is taken. This imagining activity is the main conscious work that happens during a decision … We mostly make decisions subconsciously using experience, intuition and imagination. We do not normally do much analysis, such as identifying options and comparing them.
The Harvard Business Review in its current issue notes down that decision-making should be divided into three parts— a) preparation, b) “call”, and c) execution, and by letting time to “redo” or adjust that decision as we proceed further.
Conversely, our bad decisions or blunders of the past should serve as lessons to be more efficient in future. The following “little dialogue” should always remind us to be cautious while we’re about to deliver decisions:
Q. What is the secret of your success?
A. The two words.
Q. What are they?
A. Right decisions.
Q. How do you make right decisions?
A. One word.
Q. What is that?
A. Experience.
Q. How do you get experience?
A. Two words.
Q. What are they?
A. Wrong decisions.
It should not be neglected “the sociological determinism” or the philosophical conception that determines the nexus between the cause and effect concerning two or several phenomena, amongst them the political and economical upheaval of a country.
Nonetheless there’re reasons to think that the experience of even partial contentment should be observed as one more positive achievement in keeping with our demand to be always ready for improvement in making shift in our attitude towards our fellow beings.
The pedagogy of “first know thyself” could be the philosophical underpinnings to emphasize upon the saying, “Every body judges (if not gauges) others after himself.” And once more let us envisage the effect of the following renowned Chinese maxim:
“When the wise man shows the moon to somebody the imbecile fixes his eyes on the finger of the wise man.”
NB: 1) The revolution is the mask of death
And the death is the mask of revolution.
--Reiner Müller
2) Live as if you’re going to die tomorrow
And learn as if you’re going to live eternally.
--Gandhi

You are absolutely right...... only the wearer knows where the shoe pinches. let GPK, MKP or Prachanda lose a dear one to the insurgency.... then they will realise the iimpact of it on the normal people.
To quote Amnesty Internation"If you cannot give life you have no right to take it."

It's really a hard task to go convincing the Intl community the very good intentions of maoists. When we still find YCL sponsored sporadic violence.Today most of my European colleagues showed me an article related to the inhumane act happened in Meghauli with a local resident who runs a mobile clinic as well,is a political activist. My friends said"Nirmal I know we should appreciate the popular verdict of nepal but don't think that we don't imagine the violence that might represent behind this".Yes they've reasons to worry. While Prachanda goes giving assurances of working together, the YCL continues with the sporadic violence.I just don't understand this.Is there any need?Or they just want their ideoloues to be proved contradictories?Amazing but true!In the world history all this hasproved to be the very rise of dictators, and always the most cruel ones,to stop violence by further brutality.I'm just flipping!I sincerely call the maoist brass to dissolve the YCL for their own agenda carried out and to respect the prudent verdict given by nepalis. They'd honour the participation of CA elections. My european friends added,"we should recognize their fight against feudalism but look what had happened in Germany, the Hitler came to power by votes and still the germans feel ashamed as to how and why they voted such a cruel personality and his faction".Really the reason to be worried untill this is not corrected immediately.I'd like to paste the link to the article,it's in spanish, but was in french, and italian too.

I as a person can't be mute. And i assure that in all the human right forum I might be going,I'd not hesitate to comment it whenever I see oportune. It just can't go like this in modern politics.
